Getting to Results: The Leading Talent Culture
Your talent challenge: what have you learned? Creating a company capacity for talent development. Transferring professional growth to the company’s benefit. Turning your company into a talent magnet. Does it yield the expected results? Evaluating talent development. The “Leading Talent Culture“: Making it work, making it last.
