This program changes that.
Eight weeks, one real challenge from your own company — and at the end, a number that shows what AI can deliver.
“We have a dozen AI pilots running. Not one of them has reached day-to-day operations.”
“Nobody here can say what AI has actually brought us.”
“Everyone tinkers with ChatGPT on their own. None of our processes has changed.”
“It would be feasible. But nobody can tell me what it brings. So it stays on the shelf.”
This is where we come in.
Enough has been said about artificial intelligence. In the end, only what actually runs pays off. With AI to ROI is built around exactly that: you take one challenge from your own company and see it through in eight weeks — from the first assessment of whether AI is the right tool at all, to a number you can put on the table.
It is not about the next AI tool. It is about recognizing where AI pays off for you, what you can build yourselves with the software you already pay for — and where you genuinely need a developer, a budget or outside help. Knowing that difference is what saves mid-sized companies the most money.
And it is about the counter-check: in the program you also see where AI does not deliver yet, and where a person still gives the better answer. We test that on your own cases — instead of taking it from a vendor presentation.
The room brings together people who rarely sit at the same table: the owner of an engineering firm next to the founder of a software company, the sales lead of a family business next to the head of people at a clinic. That mix is half the value of the program — you often learn faster from someone else's case than from your own.
From mid-sized companies, often in the second or third generation. They decide for themselves and have nobody to convince — and they want to know what AI brings their business before any money moves.
Young companies doing a lot with few people. They bring speed and technical fluency — and take away from the room how established businesses make decisions.
From sales, production, administration, service or people. They know their processes in detail and are the first to notice whether a change really helps day to day — and they are the ones who anchor it in the team afterwards.
The next generation in the family business, and people being prepared for more responsibility. For them the program is often the first chance to build something of their own and show it.
No technical background is required. Nobody needs to code, and nobody needs to have worked with AI before.
What helps is a mindset: real interest in making something of AI. Not missing what would genuinely serve the business — and at the same time not taking expensive detours just because everyone is talking about it. People who come in with that mindset get remarkably far in eight weeks.
Six differences from everything else currently on offer under the label of artificial intelligence.

“AI won't replace humans — but humans with AI will replace humans without AI.”
“AI is the new electricity.”
Both sentences are true — and both only help once someone translates them into an application that runs in their own company. That is the work of these eight weeks.
After eight weeks you have something that runs — and you know why it runs.

Four areas you work on in the program — and where it becomes clear which AI applications genuinely pay off for you.
{{ d.body }}
Most AI initiatives land in these four areas — but the list is not exhaustive. Accounting, service, production, purchasing: we go where it hurts in your company.
The five live sessions go the whole way once: from the question of where AI pays off for you, to the number at the end. In between are project meetings in small groups, each with a dedicated contact.

Everyone brings their own challenge. These are the areas people work on in the program — and the scope is what matters: small enough for eight weeks, big enough to be worth it.

Small enough to finish. Measurable enough to prove. And from your own company.
The live sessions give you content and method. The building happens between the sessions — and you are not on your own for that. You belong to a small, fixed group with a contact who is reachable in between.
Small enough for everyone to present where they stand, large enough for different perspectives. The group stays together for the eight weeks.
Someone from the faculty stays with your group throughout — in the meetings and in between, whenever you get stuck.
When and how often you meet is decided in the group — matched to what your initiatives need at that point.
No exchange for its own sake. Every meeting ends with everyone knowing what they will build before the next one.
At the end you have an AI application that runs, the numbers behind it — and a way of working you can apply to your next initiative in exactly the same way.
Six practitioners from engineering, application, marketing, law and guidance. Every session is led by someone who has made AI work in their own field.

Working with any one of them would otherwise be a mandate of its own. Here you have access to all six — in the live sessions and in the project work.
Tuesdays 16:00–18:00 CET, live online. Several project meetings in small groups take place in between.

The next cohort runs in German. English cohorts follow during the year.
From twelve people we run a cohort just for your company — built around your processes and your cases.
Inquire about a private cohortEight weeks, five live sessions and ongoing support from practitioners. You bring a real challenge from your company and leave with an AI application that works in day-to-day business.
Places per cohort are limited so that the project groups stay small. If you would rather talk first: we are real people and we answer personally.
