That is the gap With AI to ROI closes.
You bring one real challenge out of your own company. You leave with a first project that runs, the numbers behind it, and a way of working you can apply to other ideas that follow.
“We have a dozen pilots running and not one of them reached production.”
“Nobody can tell me what we actually got back for the AI spend.”
“Our people use AI on their own, but no process has changed.”
“IT says it's feasible. Finance says prove it. So nothing moves.”
This program changes that.
The room brings together people who rarely sit at the same table: the owner of an engineering firm next to the founder of a young software company, the sales lead of a family business next to the head of people at a clinic. That mix is half the value — the same AI question looks different in every house, and you often learn faster from someone else's case than from your own.
From mid-sized companies, often second or third generation. They decide for themselves and have nobody to convince — they want to know what AI brings their business before any money moves.
Young companies doing a lot with few people. They bring speed and technical fluency — and take away how established businesses actually make decisions.
From sales, production, administration, service or people. They know the processes AI has to prove itself on in detail — and they are the ones who carry a change through the team afterwards.
The next generation in a family business, and people being prepared for more responsibility. For them this is often the first area where they build something of their own and can show it.
No technical background is required. Nobody needs to code, and nobody needs to have worked with AI before.
What helps is a mindset: real interest in making something of AI. Not missing what would genuinely serve the business — and at the same time not taking expensive detours just because everyone is talking about it. People who look at it that way get remarkably far in eight weeks.
Enough has been said about AI. Nothing pays until something is built. This program is designed around that one difference.

By the last session you are holding things that run — and you know why they run.

You'll apply AI across four domains — and learn to recognize the applications that move your bottom line.
{{ d.body }}
These four are where most challenges land — but they are not a menu. Finance, service, production, purchasing: we go where your own challenge sits.
The five live sessions trace one complete arc across an AI initiative: from where AI actually pays in your company, through to a finished business case. Between them sit several project meetings in small groups, each with a mentor. The live sessions give you the content, the methods, and the experience of people who have built this before. The project meetings are where everyone works on their own initiative — and sharpens it week by week.

Everyone brings their own challenge. These seven show the kind of scope that works in an owner-run company: concrete enough to finish in eight weeks, and big enough that the result pays for itself.

Keep it small enough to finish, measurable enough to prove — and make it your own.
Practitioners, not lecturers. Each session is led by someone who has taken AI into operation inside real companies — engineering, marketing, law, and the business case.

Access to one of them is normally a consulting mandate. Here you have all six.
Each of them is otherwise available through their own firm, on their own terms. In this program they are part of the fee — in the live sessions and in the project work, on the challenge you bring.
“A modern workplace requires a modern approach to talent and lifelong learning. The program and the many practical tools it provided helped me implement this in my company.”
“The Autoris programs are real problem solvers. And they always get outstanding feedback from participants: an amazing combination of academic excellence and real-life leadership application.”
