Using DESIGN THINKING FOR LEADERSHIP AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Design Thinking is used by companies around the globe to continually improve products and processes. It has proven to be an excellent tool for ongoing innovation. After years of research and testing, we found a way to use Design Thinking for talent and leadership development and have condensed it into a powerful executive education program: Designing Talent.
Designing Talent comes with a core process ("ACE"), plenty of ready-to-use tools, and will give you lots of insights and competencies to spot and develop talent in a highly effective, engaging, and fun way.
We regularly present at leading conferences and events such as the Columbia Coaching Conference or the CoachX by the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School.
We deliver presentations and talks on topics such as “Leadership in Times of Transformation“, “Digital Talent“, “Design Thinking for Talent Development“, or “Storytelling for Leaders“.
