These terms apply to the programs, courses and assessments that Autoris offers through autoris.com.
Your contract is with Autoris LLC, 1 Mifflin Place, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA. For billing, an invoice may be issued by Autoris GmbH, Munich. The contracting party remains Autoris LLC.
The contract is formed when you register with a valid access code and accept these terms. Registration is binding.
The price shown at registration applies. It includes value-added tax where required. You pay by credit card when you register.
Given the demand for our programs and the preparation behind every cohort, these are our cancellation terms. The start is the first live session of your cohort.
Cancellations are made in writing. The date of your message counts.
If a session must be moved, we offer a new date, and the recording is available to you. If we cancel a cohort, we refund all payments in full.
For assessments and self-paced courses, the conditions shown at purchase apply.
Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

Our general Terms of Service also apply, including governing law and dispute resolution. For live programs, the cancellation terms above take precedence.
