The ACE It! Method is a powerful approach to learning, leadership, and success. Rooted in design thinking, it empowers individuals and teams to address challenges, create innovative solutions, and execute effectively. 

Insights are a crucial part of this method—they act as guiding principles that help us navigate the journey to excellence.

The ACE it! Method offers levels of insights, each building upon the previous. Below, we share Level 1 insights, covering general success principles and coaching-specific insights.

ACE it! Insights Level 1

  1. Use a Pen

    • Writing things down can help that everyone has their say.

    • It enhances creativity and precision in thinking.

    • It helps structure ideas effectively and improves retention.

  2. Think Process Before Solution

    • Trust the ACE Process—don’t just focus on the goal, focus on what phase you’re in and what phase comes next.

    • A process enhances control, clarity and structured decision-making.

  3. Success is a Team Sport

    • Success happens in phases (A-C-E), and we usually have individual preferences and strengths in different phases.

    • Surround yourself with people who challenge and support your growth.
