The Personality and Preference Compass (PPC)

Many people know assessments such as the Myers Briggs, TKI, or DISC. However, since most of them are self-assessments, they only incorporate the perspective of the person assessing him- or herself. The PPC goes a step further and complements the results from self-assessments with observations from other people. This 360° perspective allows additional insights into how our preferences actually play out with others in real-life and give us a more multifaceted picture on where we should learn to go out-of-preference.
