Cultural Compass

The assessment to measure and optimize team and organizational culture.

Please find below the step-by-step instructions and the access code for the Cultural Compass.

Instructions:

Start the Assessment: Click on this link, then press Start.

  1. Enter your name, email address, and set a submission deadline: Please enter a submission deadline for your respondents to complete the assessment. (We recommend choosing a date 10-14 days from your start date.) Press Next.
  2. Enter discount code: On the payment page, apply the discount code   OPM62   then press Apply and then Get it free.
  3. Complete the Assessment: It should take no longer than 5-6 minutes.
  4. Share with your respondents: After you’ve completed the assessment, you will receive an email with a personalized link. Please send this email to your team members.
  5. Report: You will receive your report shortly after your submission deadline. 
  6. Use AI: Upload the report or the anonymized data tables to an AI application (you are welcome to work with our AI Coach Ati.
