General Terms and Conditions for Participation
Leadership Summit 2025

  1. Program Fee

    • The fees covers access to all keynote sessions and workshops, all materials, most meals, cultural programs, the dancing lesson event, as well as entrance and a reception at the Juristenball at the Hofburg Palace. Additional fees may apply for optional events like the Vienna Opera Ball. All fees are plus 20% Austrian VAT (where applicable).
    • Participants will receive a notification of admission. Upon admission, full payment of the program fee is required to confirm the spot.
  2. Payment Terms

    • All fees are payable via bank transfer or credit card within 10 days of receiving the admission notice and invoice. Late payments may result in the loss of the reserved seat.
  3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

    • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 90 days prior to the summit start date.
    • 50% Refund: Available for cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to the summit start date.
    • No Refund: Due to the nature of the event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event.
    • Transfer of Registration: Tickets are transferable to another participant up to 15 days before the event at no additional charge, subject to the organizers' consent.
  4. Program Changes and Substitutions

    • The summit organizers reserve the right to modify the program content, schedule, or speakers as necessary. 
  5. Attendance Policy

    • Participation in all summit sessions and activities is encouraged to maximize learning outcomes and networking opportunities. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
  6. Health and Safety

    • All participants are expected to adhere to any health and safety regulations set by the venue or event organizers.
  7. Data Use and Privacy

    • By participating in the summit, attendees agree to the use of photos, videos, or feedback collected during the event for promotional purposes. Personal information will be managed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  8. Force Majeure

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or else) that prevent the event from taking place as planned, the organizers will work to reschedule the summit. Refunds or credits may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.
