Leadership Award Submission Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Nomination
Submissions are open to individuals, teams, or organizations who meet the criteria outlined for the Leadership Awards. By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the nominee meets these eligibility requirements.

2. Submission Deadline
All nominations must be submitted by 11:59 PM (local time) on January 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Accuracy of Information
By submitting a nomination, you verify that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Any inaccuracies or omissions may disqualify the nominee.

4. Nomination Review Process
All nominations will undergo a thorough review by the selection committee. Finalists will be shortlisted based on alignment with award criteria, and winners will be selected by the end of January 2024. The committee’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

5. No Guarantee of Winning
Submission of a nomination does not entitle the nominee to selection as a finalist or winner. The selection process is at the sole discretion of the awards committee, and all decisions are final and binding. No appeals or legal claims may be made regarding these decisions.

6. Use of Submitted Information
By submitting a nomination, you grant the awards committee permission to use the information provided solely for the purposes of review, judging, and promotion of the awards. Nominees’ names, accomplishments, and submitted materials may be used in award-related communications, publications, and events, with appropriate credit given to the nominee. This usage applies specifically to promotional content directly related to the Leadership Awards.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials submitted, including descriptions, photos, videos, and other supporting content, remain the intellectual property of the nominee. However, by submitting these materials, you grant the awards organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for promotional purposes related to the Leadership Awards.

8. Publicity Consent
By accepting the award, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and a description of their accomplishments in promotional materials and announcements related to the awards without additional compensation.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal data submitted with the nomination will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations. Information provided will be used exclusively for the awards process and will not be shared outside the awards committee or used for unrelated purposes. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to complete the awards process.

10. Disqualification Rights
The committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms, provides false or misleading information, or engages in activities that may harm the reputation of the awards or the organizing body.

11. Non-transferability
Awards are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to others if the nominee or winner is unable to attend the awards ceremony or fulfill any associated responsibilities.

12. Amendment Rights
The awards committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or adjust the timeline if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes affecting the awards process.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a nomination, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
