The Art of Leadership

A research project on what we can learn from great art and artists - about leadership, learning, and life.

"The Art of Leadership" is a research project in collaboration with art historians, musicians, philosophers, psychologists, and other experts. This project digs into the stories and impacts of renowned creatives like painters, musicians, composers, film directors, and sculptors. We're exploring how these artists' strategies can shape our own leadership, personal development, and never-ending journey of learning.

For example, Leonardo da Vinci's insatiable curiosity and knack for interdisciplinary perception teach us the value of continuous learning and thinking outside the box.

Raphael's masterpiece, "The School of Athens," highlights the importance of open dialogue and intellectual exchange, offering insights into effective leadership and the power of communication to enhance learning with and from each other.

Exploring the world of arts, we stumble upon key takeaways about pushing limits and breaking boundaries, venturing down new pathways and daring to see and do things differently, focusing on the essentials, experimenting with new techniques, motifs, and approaches, encouraging teamwork – all the while discovering new insights for learning and  growth.
