Dear Leader, dear Head of People, dear Manager, dear Team Builder,
Without even knowing you, we can assume that your business throws dozens of challenges your way every day. You have aggressive goals to meet, you have clients and shareholders to keep happy, and pressure to meet payroll every month. Even as someone who prides themselves on rising up to challenges, sometimes the sheer number of fires you have to put out can leave you feeling a bit overwhelmed. And to add to your already overflowing plate, you have to deal with teams that want to be motivated, need to stay focused, and be aligned with your vision. Where does all of this lead?
Being pulled in a hundred different directions and unable to lock into your zone of genius. All of this might lead you stuck. And when you’re stuck, your business is stuck (creating the perfect opportunity for competitors to pass you by).
Let me ask you a question, is this what you imagined going to work every day would feel like? Instead of working towards your mission, you’re constantly treading water and regarding work-life balance as a myth? A lack of work-life balance and constantly putting out fires with seemingly no help? We would imagine not. But what if there was a better way? A way in which you could “copy and paste” your problem-solving and leadership abilities onto your team so that you could create 10x’s the number of solutions in a fraction of the time. How would that impact your day-to-day? How would that transform your business? We would imagine by a rather large margin. Now before you think “that’s too good to be true”, let us assure you that we agree. At least, that used to be the case. The reason why many organizations haven’t experienced this reality is that, for a long time, the tools to create it didn’t exist. Countless books and training seminars have been created to deal with this problem. And yet, the majority of businesses are still living with these effects.
However, the tides are starting to shift. You see, for the last 20 years, our team has been researching the most cutting-edge information on thriving organizations. All of our studying and testing led to us creating something rather revolutionary. We call it Designing Talent. The transformative program that will unlock your team's ability to learn and problem solve after just one session.
Designing Talent is a 4 month program that will arm you and your team with the exact tools needed to get you to the next level. It’s designed to work at the individual level or the business level. This means that Designing Talent can help leaders grow in their abilities just as well as it can help entire organizations better problem-solve and increase their learning capacity. A big claim? Sure. But it really works. Designing Talent has been taken by some of the biggest businesses on the planet, and they all agree on one thing: It’s the best training they’ve ever gone through. And even though the results seem like magic, we can assure you that the genius of the Designing Talent approach lies in mountains of scientific research. Even after just one session, participants will be armed with tools to radicalize how they do their jobs on a day-to-day basis. Leading to a compounding effect that positions business leaders to blow past even their most audacious goals. And here’s the thing: Making your team members better problem solvers is just the beginning of the Designing Talent approach. When your team members undergo this program, you’ll quickly notice that they:
● Are able to rapidly hone their strengths and learn new skills.
● Can solve day-to-day challenges easily.
● Are even more engaged in their work.
● Develop more into leaders in their own right.
● Have more motivation.
Now listen, I know all of this sounds almost too good to be true. I certainly would be skeptical if I were you! Many programs and systems have been made to improve the efficiency of teams, and most aren’t worth a fraction of their sticker price. So what makes Designing Talent different? Well, it’s simple really. Designing Talent leverages the principles of Design Thinking and focuses them exclusively on leadership, learning and talent development. Design Thinking is a set of tools that help people to solve problems creatively. But the true power of Design Thinking is that it focuses on the human-centric side of creative problem-solving. In other words, what makes Design Thinking different from other problem-solving tools is that it focuses on the individual first, and solutions second. And this is not some new concept that’s making its rounds in business circles. But rather, it’s a method that’s helped create some of the world's most successful products, services, and businesses for the last 20 years. So why can’t you just use Design Thinking to solve the problems in your business? That was the exact question we set out to answer. What we ultimately discovered was that even though Design Thinking was a great tool at solving complex problems, it needed to be adapted to the field of talent development. What concluded that if we could empower the leaders of the organization to leverage Design Thinking principles to grow their team's ability to learn, problem-solve, and think, then we could rapidly increase the business's effectiveness. And from this realization, Designing Talent was born. To be honest, in the beginning, we were pretty sure our system would work wonders. But as scientists, we were eager to test our methodology in the real world. We decided to conduct a few Designing Talent seminars to see just how effective this program was. The results were outstanding. The Methode worked so well, participants couldn’t stop talking about it.
What’s included in the Designing Talent Program: The Designing Talent system is broken down into a 4-month cycle. Each session focuses on a different leadership and talent development aspect and tool that you can add to your career toolbelt, and when you’re done, you’ll be given a certificate or certification to put on display. Here’s a breakdown of the process:
Month 1 - Intro to the system and learning the ACE process.
We start things off by giving you a birds-eye understanding of the process. This primes your brain to know what to expect so you can more easily soak up the information. After the overview, you’ll learn about our proprietary ACE process. This process alone will completely upgrade your understanding of how to analyze and solve problems, and it’s often one of the main things attendees discuss when they leave. Once you’ve mastered these preliminary steps, it’s time to move on to month 2.
Month 2 - Preferences and strength-based learning
In month 2, we dive deep into how to learn more effectively. Learning is absolutely the most important skill to have in 2022. In an ever-changing world, those who are able to learn, unlearn, and relearn will be at the head of the pack. That’s why in month 2, we’ll show you and your team exactly how to learn in a way that matches your unique strength and preferences.
Month 3 - The art of questioning and listening.
As a leader, one of your most crucial skills is to develop those that you lead. However, most leaders lack the necessary skills to help their team become the best versions of themselves. That’s why in month 3, we’ll go deep on how to engage your team in a way that makes them feel heard and empowered. On the other end of the spectrum, you’ll also learn how to receive feedback during this portion of the program. This is the only way to cultivate a relationship that truly serves the individual and the organization.
Month 4 - Motivation and visualization for coaching and talent development.
In the last month, we’ll review everything that we discussed in the program. To ensure that the training sticks, we’ll show you science-backed techniques to boost motivation and visualize in a way that actually works. With these added tools, you and your team will be able to sustain the changes and growth that occurred during the Designing Talent training.
With Designing Talent, you’ll unlock your team’s hidden genius and transform your business in the process. That is our promise to you. Just ask yourself, how much longer are you willing to put up with the same challenges day after day in your business? The truth is, the best businesses don’t follow the model of trying to find the best people. Instead, they create them. And that is exactly what Designing Talent will do for you. It will help you create a team of motivated and efficient learners.
So, if you’re ready to take the leap, fill out the form below, and we will get in touch.
Hope to talk soon!
